Burny FLG-150 - 1980

The Burny FLG-150 is one of the rarest and most sought after Burny models, comparable to the top LP models from Greco or Tokai.  This was a very expensive guitar at its time, originally priced at 150,000 Yen.  The FLG-150 came with Seymour Duncan '59 model pickups and Kluson branded tuners.

But it's most important features are the woods and craftsmanship that went into the guitar.  The maple top on these were some of the most stunning  flame tops from the era.  Back as well is made from beautiful one piece mahogany.  This is all finished in pure Nitro Lacquer with a beautiful 'COS' old cherry sunburst.

This guitar is in excellent all original condition, including original case, warranty card and owner's manual.
Original pickguard was removed for the pictures below.

Very few of these guitars have come up for sale over many years, so I am very happy to have been able to acquire this one.
It is one of the rarest and most desirable Fernandes Burny models, and equally so among vintage Japanese guitars.
