Burny RSA 100 - 1987 Dyna Gakki Made
SOLD

Click on main image above for full size pictures

This is a Burny RSA-100, which is a copy of a 1960 ES-335. As a high grade model its top and back are made with beautifully figured maple ply, with a brown sunburst lacquer finish.

The center block on this model is maple, sandwiched between spruce and the one piece mahogany neck has a rosewood fretboard featuring dot inlays, a 1-9/16" nut, beautifully done fret edge binding and VH-1 pickups. Just like the originals, this guitar has a Kluson style tuners, tune o matic style bridge and a stop tail piece, all with nickel finish.

This model was originally priced at 100,000 yen reflecting its high quality build.

Over the years Burny used a number of manufacturers to build their guitars. This one looks like it was built by Dyna Gakki. Looking at the date code on  the pots, I believe this guitar was made in 1987, which is consistent with Dyna Gakki building guitars for Burny.

The guitar appears to be all original and in excellent overall condition. As this guitar is over 30 years old, it has some scratches and its hardware is naturally aged. Please look at the pictures provided to confirm its condition.

This is a really nice, high end vintage Japanese 335 which plays and sounds fantastic.  Frets are in excellent condition and there is no buzzing or dead spots anywhere on the fretboard.  The finish, woods and overall craftmanship on this guitar are especially nice.

Comes with a non-original hard case or I can provide a brand new case for an additional $75.

This guitar is located in the United States.
