This is a very early Transition Model 1982 Greco EG58-120 that came equipped with DRY Z pickups and has  a Super Real headstock.   The guitar came with its original case candy, including a model card and warranty card indicating it is a 1982 EG58-120. 

EG58-120 is the Mint Collection version of the Super Real era EGF-1200.  However, Transition models like this can have the best of both the Super Real era and Mint Collection.  So from the Super Real era, this guitar has a Super Real headstock, Super Real case and DRY Z pickups, rather than DRY 82 pickups normally found on this model.  From the Mint Collection, it has the more rectangular truss rod cover, amber colored lacquer and long tenon. 

Overall it is in excellent condition and appears to be all original.  There is at least one other known EG58-120 made with DRY Z pickups, but this is clearly a very rare example of a transition model that has the best of both generations.
