Navigator is the premium brand of ESP making traditional style electric guitars and is widely regarded as one of the highest quality brands made in Japan.  The quality of Navigators is on par with the best from any brand.  These guitars are only sold in Japan, so there are very few in the U.S.

This is a 1999 or 2000 NLP-500-LTD in Cherry Sunburst and finished in Nitro Lacquer, with natural checking on the back.  The 500 level models are custom order and received the best solid flame tops.   Back is a spectacular single piece of mahogany.   Neck is an equally nice piece of mahogany, with a really striking rosewood fretboard.  Has massive neck profile Navigator's are so well known for.

This guitar is equipped with Seymour Duncan Seth Lover pickups which sound fantastic in these high end Navigators.

This guitar looks like it was never really played.  When I purchased it, it had been signed by a Japanese rock star and the signature cleared over.  I carefully sanded the signature off and buffed it out.  It looks like it was signed when new and just put away.  Back covers still have plastic on them, case handle has plastic on it and key is attached to the case handle.  An amazing guitar in amazing condition.

Craftsmanship is Custom Shop quality (or better as these are hand made) and was priced at 500,000 Yen back in 2000 when the standard model was 380,000. 
An NLP Standard model today is 540,000 Yen. 

Comes with its original hard case and expired warranty card.
